Q. What are the opening and closing times
The event opens at 10am and closes at 8pm.
Please note the doors will only open at 10am.

Q. Is Parking Available
There is on street parking outside the hall with a 1hour restriction (Enforced vigorously) Mon to Sat between 8am and 7pm. There is unrestrictive parking on Cross street and Dale Street (But please check for any parking restriction signs before leaving your car as things can always change)
There is also plenty of parking in town and also at the Railway station long stay car park (Located under Railway Bridge).
As normal vehicles are parked at the owners own risk.

Q. What facilities are there
The Hall has toilets and a small kitchen that can be used but at your own risk.
There are 3 pubs, several resturants within close proximity of the Hall. The town centre is only a short walk where there is a Supermarket and other fast food shops. Over the bridge there is a chippie and a few other pubs.

Q. Can we bring our own food and drink
Yes you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink.
The only exeption is that Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
All we ask is that you keep it away from the gaming tables to respect the game owners property as some games are irreplaceable.

Q. What can we play
There is a games library at Spirit Games available throughout the day upon request.
There will be many games run by the organisers and other attendess with a sign up desk to find games that require players or to register your game.
Otherwise you can bring along any game you like to play, but please if you are going to bring along a game that will require significant space please contact the organisers so we can ensure we can accomodate you.

Who Can Come
Q. Can Children Attend
Whilst children are welcome, attendees younger than 18 should be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.
None of the organisers are insured, qualified, certified or trained to be responsible for minors please bear this in mind when you plan your visit to the event,
